BIO
I have practiced medicine for about 30 years in the private practice of Pathology. As a hospital based pathologist, I have a great deal of experience in microscopic examination and diagnosis of human tissues. In addition to being Board Certified by the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, I am subspecialty boarded in Cytopathology. My daily duties included performance of Frozen sections, interpretation of H&E stained microscopic slides and use of ancillary procedures, such as tissue special stains, immunohistochemistry, DNA hybridization, fine needle aspiration biopsies, etc.
I currently concentrate on teaching the second year Pathology course for the DO and Podiatry students. I also function in a consulting role to the MWU research faculty in their projects. I am available to serve collaboratively or as a co-PI on projects that involve tisse evaluation.
