Dr.Florencia Yeh, O.D.

Florencia Yeh, OD, FAAO, FSLS is an Associate Professor at Midwestern University Arizona College of Optometry and teaches in the contact lens curriculum. She is the head of the Contact Lens department at the Midwestern University Eye Institute and is the Residency Coordinator for the Cornea/Contact Lens Residency program. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from the University of California, San Diego, and received her Doctor of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry, where she graduated as salutatorian. She completed a postdoctoral residency in Cornea and Contact Lens at Indiana University School of Optometry. 

Dr. Yeh enjoys fitting therapeutic specialty contact lenses on patients with keratoconus, post-surgical corneas, corneal scarring, and other complex corneal disorders and conditions. Her research interest focuses on scleral contact lenses and their impact on corneal physiology and scleral shape.

Dr. Yeh is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and a Fellow of the Scleral Lens Education Society. She is a Past President of the Arizona Chapter of the American Academy of Optometry (AZ-AAO) and is a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA) and the Arizona Optometric Association (AZOA).
