BIO

I received my Ph.D. from the Sorbonne Paris Cité University (Paris, France) in 2014, and completed my Postdoctoral training at the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia) in 2022.

I started as Assistant Professor at Midwestern University in May 2023.

My scientific career has been driven by a fascination for transcription factors as biological tools to change a cell type into another cell type (Cell Reprogramming).

The core objective of my lab is to enhance cell reprogramming for future clinical applications in regenerative medicine and tissue rejuvenation; I have a particular focus on generating induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs) and liver tissue.
