Margaret M Brosnahan, D.V.M., Ph.D., DACVIM

Dr. Margaret Brosnahan is an Associate Professor of Equine Internal Medicine, and holds a PhD in Immunology from Cornell University. As a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine in Large Animal Internal Medicine, her clinical interests include neonatology, cardiology, endocrinology and geriatrics. Additionally, she is certified as an equine rehabilitation practitioner (CERP) and a veterinary medical acupuncturist (cVMA). She enjoys using these modalities to improve the function and comfort of her geriatric patients. Her research interests include immunology and infectious diseases of the horse, comparative immunology, endurance and exercise physiology, and veterinary humanities.
