Michelle M. Lee, Ph.D., ABPP

Dr.  Lee is a Professor and Associate Program Director of the Clinical Psychology Program in the Department of Behavioral Sciences at Midwestern University. She is Board Certified in Clinical Psychology. She earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Case Western Reserve University. She completed her internship at the Minneapolis VA and her post-doctoral fellowship at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System. Dr. Lee’s clinical experience focused on psychological issues in later life.  She has worked with geriatric patients with a various cognitive, medical, and psychological difficulties. Her research interests have concentrated on older adults (OA’s).  As a researcher at Myers Research Institute, she was involved in clinical applied intervention research to improve the quality of life for OA’s with cognitive impairment.  She has presented regularly at national professional meetings.  She has co-authored several scholarly publications.  Dr. Lee currently teaches clinical psychology to Psy.D. students, advises student doctoral research, and collaborates with interdisciplinary faculty on research.
