Ogi Emeke Okwumabua, B.Sc., M.S., Ph.D.

Dr. Okwumabua earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the faculty of Science, University of Alberta, Edmonton; Master of Science degree from the school of applied biology, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta; and Doctor of Philosophy degree from the Department of Diagnostic Medicine/Pathobiology, Kansas State University, Manhattan. Upon completion of his Doctoral degree, he served as a Post-Doctoral fellow at Kansas State University. In August 2017, Dr. Okwumabua joined the Midwestern University College of Veterinary Medicine as a Professor of Microbiology after many years of service as a Professor and Chief of Microbiology in the Department of Pathobiological Sciences, School of Veterinary Medicine, and Wisconsin Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory, University of Wisconsin, Madison.
