Dr.Karen Baab, Ph.D.

BIO
Dr. Baab earned her Ph.D. from The Graduate Center, CUNY in Anthropology in 2007. Since that time she has held positions as a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Anatomical Sciences and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Anthropology, both at Stony Brook University. She joined the Department of Anatomy faculty at Midwestern University in 2014. As part of her Ph.D. training, she took gross anatomy at Mount Sinai Medical School. She brings many years of anatomy instruction to Midwestern Univeristy, including head and neck anatomy for dentists at Stony Brook School of Medicine. She maintains an active interest in science outreach as a judge for the Arizona State Science and Engineering Fair.
