BIO

Dr. Christine Conroy, DPT, Ph.D., FNAP, is a Professor of Physical Therapy at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois, with more than 30 years of clinical, academic, and professional service experience. She earned her entry-level physical therapy degree from Saint Louis University, a Ph.D. in Interprofessional Healthcare Studies from Rosalind Franklin University, and holds advanced degrees in orthopedics and anatomy instruction.

 

Dr. Conroy’s professional career integrates patient care, interprofessional education, and academic leadership. She has served on the Illinois Chapter of the APTA, the Academy of Physical Therapy Education, and the Academy of Clinical Electrophysiology and Wound Management. In recognition of her sustained contributions to healthcare collaboration and professional advocacy, she was inducted as a Fellow of the National Academies of Practice (FNAP) in 2016.
