BIO

Dr. Line has taught public health at the graduate level since 2008 with appointments at the University of New England, A.T. Still University and Eastern Washington University. Prior to joining academia full time, Dave was with Apache County Arizona as the Public Health Emergency Preparedness Division Manager. While with Apache County for 20 years also ran a behavioral health program for youth-at-risk for the Arizona Office of the Courts.
