Dr. Bhupinder Singh, PT, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor and Program Director for the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Program and Clinics at Midwestern University, Downers Grove, Illinois. He provides strategic leadership in curriculum design, accreditation compliance, faculty development, and student success across the College of Health Sciences. With over fifteen years of experience in academic administration and rehabilitation research, Dr. Singh is committed to advancing physical therapy education through innovation, evidence-based teaching, and inclusive excellence.

As a global educator and entrepreneur, he is also the Founder of Final Frontier, one of the largest digital education platforms supporting physical therapy licensure preparation across the U.S., Canada, and Australia, and the Founding Board President of Foreign Academic Credentialing Tools and Services (FACTS), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit assisting internationally trained clinicians with licensure and credentialing. His work bridges academia, technology, and service to promote equitable access and professional success for healthcare learners worldwide.
