Ms.Kathleen Post, M.S., CCC-SLP

Kathleen A. Post, M.S., CCC-SLP received her Masters Degree in Speech Pathology from the University of WI- Stevens Point in 1984 after which she worked as a Speech and Language Pathologist in Illinois. Over time, she became the Director of Assistive Technology, Speech/Language and Nutrition Departments at a large pediatric outpatient rehabilitation center in Illinois. She is currently a Professor and Clinic Coordinator at MWU's Speech-Language Institute. She teaches a required course in Augmentative and Alternative Communication and supervises SLP graduate student clinicians at the Speech-Language Institute. For over 35 years, Mrs. Post has served individuals and their families who demonstrate need in the area of communication disorders. Her areas of interest continue to include pediatric speech-language disorders, early intervention services, augmentative and alternative communication, assistive technology for persons of all ages and disabilities and interprofessional collaboration/intervention.
