BIO

Dr. Royeen earned her Master's of Occupational Therapy degree from Saint Louis University in 2011. She brings over a decade of diverse clinical experience across the continuum of care working with a variety of populations, including acute care, behavioral health, outpatient rehabilitation, and primary care settings.  In 2014, she helped establish innovative occupational therapy programming within a primary care setting at a university medical center, collaborating closely with interprofessional providers.  In 2020, Dr. Royeen completed her Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences at Western Michigan University. Her doctoral research focused on health services delivery, specifically examining the role of occupational therapy within primary care teams.
